The company manufactures and produces standard gaskets in terms of type and size, but above all it designs customised components, according to the customer's specific requirements. The range of gaskets produced and distributed by Guarnimed for the sanitary sector includes gaskets for taps, valves, fittings, gaskets to be applied to pipes for the transport of drinking water in civil and industrial systems, bathroom accessories and press-fittings.
The selected raw materials are subjected to an extensive and intensive series of tests to verify the required specifications, guaranteeing the highest level of quality control in all operational phases, from moulding, to finishing processes, to the finished part packaged according to the customer's preferences.
Gaskets for this sector must meet high and low temperature and use resistance requirements (low permanent deformation and high elasticity). They must also be non-toxic. For this, Guarnimed uses compounds of the highest purity and, where necessary, silicone compounds with excellent physiological characteristics.
