Clean Room
Guarni&Med produces high quality gaskets and technical items in a Clean Room, Class ISO 8, covering a surface of 300 square meters, in which the entire production cycle is carried on.
Clean Room
The clean room is equipped by injection and compression presses and it has been divided in two different and distinct areas, in order to keep separately the process phases of Molding and Post-Molding of gaskets. A tunnel/pass-box connects these areas.
Clean Room
An electric bench top roller, located in the clean room too, allows us to prepare special bi-component silicone rubber preventing and keeping lower the micro-particles pollution simultaneously with the molding phase of gaskets.
That is the best condition for expensive compounds with complex production process, i.e. long term implantable compounds.
Clean Room
The washing machine, built on our design, is powered by water treated with reverse osmosis and UV filtered. Two ovens for post-curing, one for gaskets "prototypes" and the other for the series are inside the Clean Room.
This is a distinctive feature among the companies dealing in the same field of application.
Clean Room
The gaskets, after having been manually or automatically controlled, are finally packed in double polythene bags, welded before leaving the Clean Room.
